NYS Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
This course fulfills the annual New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training requirement for all employees. It is designed to help every member of our organization understand what sexual harassment is, how to identify it, how to prevent it, and how to respond appropriately when it occurs.
Course Objectives
By the end of this training, learners will be able to:
- Recognize the different forms of sexual harassment in the workplace
- Understand federal and New York State laws regarding sexual harassment
- Identify employer and employee responsibilities in preventing harassment
- Respond appropriately to incidents or complaints of harassment
- Access resources for reporting concerns or seeking assistance

Who Must Complete This Training
All employees—regardless of role, status, or location—are required to complete this training on an annual basis. Completion is mandatory to comply with New York State workplace safety regulations.
Certification
A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course and automatically recorded in your training history.
